Well another batch has walked through my door. This year though things are overcrowded and in disarray. Normally those two adjectives don't bother me, but this year something is different. Nothing seems to be getting off the ground. The second timers are especially troublesome. I can barely get things rolling in there. I am going to have to turn the screws on them and either let them go naturally or see them get into line. I can't wait for them to see the importance or gravity of the tests before them.
However, the climate is bad. People I normally would say are happy and good natured are out of sorts and upset. It seems like decisions around here are favoring the wrong people.
